The Design Highlight: Travertine Herringbone

The standout feature of the Randolph Project is the innovative layout of the Classic Vein Cut Travertine. By applying 530 m² of this stone in a Herringbone style, the natural linear veins of the travertine create a rhythmic, interlocking pattern that transforms the floor into a custom work of art.

• The Look: The combination of the "V" pattern and the natural stone graining provides an exquisite, multi-dimensional finish that changes with the light.

Material Harmony: Marble and Travertine

To complement the bold patterns of the herringbone floors, the project utilized a curated selection of Turkish stones in a sophisticated Honed finish:

• Bianco Ibiza Marble: 201 m² of this crisp, white marble were selected with a Honed surface. This matte finish offers a soft, velvet-like touch and a modern look that avoids the glare of traditional polished stone.
• Classic Mina Travertine: 241 m² of Mina Travertine were integrated into the design. To ensure a smooth and durable surface, these tiles were produced as Filled & Honed, creating a seamless and easy-to-maintain floor.

Precision Production for Ghana

Mekmar managed the production of nearly 1,000 m² of natural stone for the Randolph Project. Every tile was meticulously processed in our factory to ensure the "Filled & Honed" surfaces and "Honed" marble were consistent in quality and tone before being shipped to our client in Ghana.
