The MTT Project wasn't just about flooring; it was about creating a cohesive architectural language. Mekmar custom-produced 18 different sizes and specialized forms to cover every inch of this elegant hotel, from the private suites to the complex pool drainage systems.

1. Safety-First "Brushed" Surfaces
Located by the sea, the hotel required surfaces that remain safe even when wet. The Brushed surface was specifically chosen for its anti-slippery properties, providing a secure grip for guests on pool decks and terraces without sacrificing the stone’s soft, luxurious feel.
2. The Rustic Chiseled Aesthetic

- Special Design Pool Drains: Instead of plastic or metal, Mekmar produced functional travertine drainage grates, ensuring a 100% natural stone look around the water’s edge.
