A Masterclass in Multi-Size Layouts

To avoid a monotonous look, the architect utilized three different dimensions of Picasso Philadelphia Travertine throughout the 520 m² villa. This variety creates a sophisticated, custom-fit feel in every room:

• Main Living Areas: 320 m² of 40.6 x 61 x 1.2 cm tiles.
• Secondary Spaces: 125 m² of 45.7 x 45.7 x 1.2 cm tiles.
• Detailed Accents: 75 m² of 30.5 x 61 x 1.2 cm tiles.
• Surface Finish: Filled & Honed. This finish provides a silky, matte surface that brings out the unique "Picasso" color variations while being incredibly easy to maintain.

Architectural Stairs & Decorative Walls

The project extends the use of travertine into structural and decorative elements to ensure design continuity:

• Heavy-Duty Stairs: We produced 3 cm thick Picasso Philadelphia slabs specifically for the interior stairs, providing a solid, high-end look that matches the flooring perfectly.
• Bathroom Feature Walls: To add a rugged, organic texture to the sleek bathrooms, 10 m² of Silver Travertine Splitface Ledger Panels were installed as a decorative focal point.
